MUST HAVE:

1. 8+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer 2. Experience designing and developing mandatory eLearning modules for an Enterprise audience 3. Advanced design skills in assessing and creating high quality, fully accessible eLearning deliverables 4. Instructional design experience supporting highly regulated industries on complex, fast-paced projects in the compliance space 5. Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experience 6. Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Skills developing eLearning using the Articulate 360 suite of products 3. Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate 4. Financial industry experience within regulatory and compliance space

3.      Experience with Python, SSIS and MS Azure cloud services (such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL DB and Azure Synapse (2+yrs exp)

Description:

TD's Risk Management Shared Services team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team. This senior analyst will be instrumental in delivering analytics products to the internal clients we serve, which include our Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Technology Risk (TR), Global Security & Investigations (GSI), and Enterprise Insider Risk Program (EIRP) partners. What You Must Bring to This Role:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business or in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the financial service industry, preferably in investment sales or mortgage lending
• Active Ontario Mortgage Agent License required.
• A deep understanding of investment products, specifically mortgage investments
• Proven track record of investment sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel to meet potential investors and attend industry events required.
