Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Ability to conduct complex needs assessment of existing eLearning modules, recommend solutions and design high quality eLearning solutions that meet TD's goals · Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts while applying clear language principles · Effectively collaborates with multiple stakeholders at all levels · Works directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as required, to capture content-specific knowledge · Designs engaging, interactive eLearning solutions ensuring learning and performance objectives are met · Ensures learning solutions align to TD's brand, learner accessibility and principles of diversity and inclusion, leveraging established standards and guidelines and achieve success criteria while managing scope, risks and stakeholder engagement, and problem resolution · Provides deep subject matter expertise in learning and performance consulting, including knowledge of external best practices and emerging trends and maintains best practices in instructional design and development · Provides design thought leadership and/or industry knowledge and participates in knowledge transfer within the team · Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines · Protects the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard activities/concerns as necessary · Maintains a culture of risk management and control

MUST HAVE:

1. 8+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer 2. Experience designing and developing mandatory eLearning modules for an Enterprise audience 3. Advanced design skills in assessing and creating high quality, fully accessible eLearning deliverables 4. Instructional design experience supporting highly regulated industries on complex, fast-paced projects in the compliance space 5. Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experience 6. Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Skills developing eLearning using the Articulate 360 suite of products 3. Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate 4. Financial industry experience within regulatory and compliance space
