They are seeking a relationship-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team in the GTA (Welland, Ontario). In this position, you will ensure that clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their insurance journey.

 

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Evaluate policies and provide recommendations tailored to individual client requirements, identifying opportunities for cross-selling/upselling.
  • Adhere to underwriting criteria established by broker partners.
  • Follow up and coordinate with clients to ensure the completion of necessary documents.
  • Maintain updated client information using carrier portals for websites.
  • Conduct billing calls as necessary.
  • Assess policies and suggest coverages based on the specific needs of individual consumers.

 

What you must bring to this role:

  • RIBO licensed.
  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance.
  • Powerbroker experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You embrace technology and are quick to learn new systems and portals.
