Technology:

• Excel - a must
• SQL – a plus
• Power BI – a plus

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies and the agile delivery model.

- Mastery of Excel and other analytical tools.

- Experience in writing requirements, organizing, and tracing them to project objectives.

- Strong understanding of data and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Experience in new system implementation testing and process analysis and improvement.

- Knowledge of insurance or financial industry practices and requirements (an asset).

- Bilingualism (French/English) is highly advantageous.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
