The Hardware Asset Management Associate/Infrastructure Analyst will be supporting the global hardware asset management process within the organization. We are dedicated to managing all infrastructure hardware assets. The role will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle management of hardware assets from acquisition to retirement. The incumbent will also handle the administration of an agile and efficient process that encompasses planning, budgeting, purchase, refresh, optimization, maintenance & support, inventory tracking, allocation, and disposal (ITAD).

• • Minimum (3) years of experience with IT hardware procurement, purchasing, and/or asset management
  • Solid grasp of hardware and/or software asset life cycle management processes including planning, acquisition, deployment, monitoring, decommission, and disposal
  • Experience using management tools, including automated discovery configuration tools and processes (ServiceNow, SCCM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CMDB and ITIL concepts, particularly Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM), Common Services Data Model (CSDM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
