Job Description
Canadian Financial services or Insurance experience required
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, multi-national enterprise context
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.
- At least 2 years Project and Program delivery experience – preferably in the financial services, wealth management or insurance industry
- Ability to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the program
- Experience in Agile ways of working, with a strong outcome driven focus
- Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM tools
- Relevant certifications such as PMP will be a big plus
- Experience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus – preferably with a dynamic global team
