Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language
- 1 - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 1 - 5 or more years of experience with LAN/WAN protocols.
- 1 - 5 or more years of experience with Windows 10 OS.
- 1 - 5 or more years of experience with PC and laptop hardware.
- Demonstrable experience with independent customer relationship management, customer service, and satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of organizations.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Current Government of Canada Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Required to obtain a RCMP Security Clearance
- Required to obtain other Security Clearances as and when necessary from Law Enforcement Clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to translate and communicate technical information to stakeholders.
- Bilingual is considered a plus (French)
