What you will achieve in this role:

• Review and apply pricing, terms, and conditions to new and renewal business.
• Maintain and grow the existing book of business.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with retail producing brokers by encouraging additional submission inflow.
• Provide high level commentary and market intelligence to the management team.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships by attending broker meetings, conventions, and functions.
• Discuss new product development opportunities.
• Act as a leader, mentoring junior colleagues of the team.

• 6+ Years of Commercial Underwriting Experience.
• Prior MGA experience is preferred.
