• Experience in designing in various modalities video, micro learning, ILT, and VILT

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

• Strong planning, prioritization and time management skills

• High-level and accuracy in execution of work and tasks

• Ability to host and lead meetings

• CTDP designation, or an equivalent combination of education and training experience
