Senior Product Owner, Individual Insurance Marketing

As an Sr Product Owner within the Insurance Marketing team, you will work closely with marketing teams, delivery teams and business partners to deliver marketing programs and campaigns to our client's customers, sponsors and advisors. 

Brief Overview: 

 

Product Owner leads an Agile marketing squad. Accountable to make sure work comes in from lines of business (or marketing strategists) and broken down to team—traditional PO role but in Marketing.

 Need people who work in Agile in Marketing. 

Top 3 Skills:

  • Agile Experience – Specifically Scrum
  • Leadership skills – People management.
  • Negotiation and Planning work and breaking it down. 

Systems/Software:

Microsoft Word – Suite.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a business role

  • Strong level of knowledge and understanding of scrum methodology
  • Strong knowledge of the business, with previous, active role as a Product Owner/Manager strongly preferred .
