MUST HAVE:

1.) Strong communication (interacting with stakeholder and teams) – strong verbal and written

2.) Financial Product Knowledge – liquidity risk/ Knowledge of financial instruments, regulations and market risk metrics, gained through academic study, or practical experience.

3.) - analytical and problem-solving skills - understanding logic of analyzing financial products, analyze the risk and resolve root cause

4.) Project Management Experience (gathering requirements, testing and implementation)

5.) Relevant risk management experience

6.) Advanced Excel (macros and pivot tables)

7.) Previous work in an Agile environment

8.) Able to Identify financial risk about the project and bringing forth solutions

9.) Gathering business requirements

10.) Support testing and implementation, presenting results

NICE TO HAVE

1.) SQL - As strong asset

2.) Production reporting, understand complex source system

3.) Pursuit or completion of CFA/FRM is an asset.

4.) Alteryx – writing/using experience

5.) Python – writing/using experience

6.) VBA coding
