SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
leverage project management tools, work in a team, stand up discussion in team – discuss and review reports and share to businesses, a lot tied to reporting, identifying trends, inputting numbers, leveraging templates, a lot of reporting to compile and review, looking at requirements documents at what was built and what went wrong
Job description:
- Troubleshoot errors with automated solution
- Meeting with analysts/designers identify the root cause of error with an automated solution by comparing the requirement document to the automated solution in debug mode
- Compile/share reporting
- Aggregate multiple excel reports into a single document
- Email a monitoring template that prepopulates with a macro
- Active communication
- Send status updates & reminders to technical teams
- Escalate high impact issues (flagged using a tracker that indicates the severity of incident based on the impact for each automated solution)
- Action items received in generic inbox
- Key Interactions
- Daily standup meetings to review urgent incidents to ensure technical teams are engaged or requests from businesses are transposed into templates to share with technical teams
- Weekly incident meetings to review errors
MUST HAVE:
- Business Analysis Experience
- Gathering Requirements and information
- Excel, Microsoft, and Outlook skills – managing an inbox
- Communication skills, team oriented
- Data Entry 1+ years

- previous exp. In financial institution
