Travel Required: 15% manager will have to provide exact dates for manager to review and then once approved in writing they can proceed and contractors will be able to expense it


Specific job functions:

  • Track status of migration and health of reconciliations during the project implementation phase
  • Monitor account reconciliation status upon cut over
  • Lead or participate in multiple project releases, collaborate with partners, develop & document processes and keep stakeholders up to date
  • Set up business processes to facilitate account reconciliations and attestation of account balances within the new Reconciliation Platform across the Bank
  • Conduct data analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations and assess the effectiveness of reconciliation tool
  • Provide specialized and/or advanced technical / business reporting to support executive updates, business partners, functional areas in delivery requirements, build and test of the reconciliation tool
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing reporting/ dashboards for monthly governance and reporting
  • Provide any other data analysis/ metrics as needed to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of reconciliation tool
  • Identify, manage risks, and ensure prompt communication and resolution of issues
  • Represent the group as the lead or subject matter expert on projects / initiatives for data analytics/reporting
  • Support the Manager and guide the development of team members in the build and test of the new Reconciliation Platform across FinOps and the Bank
  • Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and across FinOps and the Bank
  • Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques
  • Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training across the team
  • Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce
  • Execute on more complex and/or non-standard requests
  • Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities

  • The candidate must possess experience in addition to customer service and technical skills
  • +5 years of experience with people, operations, data or financial management
  • Demonstrated history of personal accountability to investigate and resolve issues
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to think outside the box and analyze complex and large data, assess risk & waste, challenge the status quo
  • Strong skills with MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to stay resilient under pressure and through significant change
  • Demonstrated process improvement oriented
  • Problem solving and issues resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in teams requires a track record of working cross-organizationally and with multiple partners at varying levels
  • A good communicator, who builds strong relationships by engaging with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders

Additional Information:
